60-minute video consultations are required for all patients prior to treatments. We provide online Guided Self-help, virtual, and in-person therapy services in London.

From Stigma to Strength
Approximately two decades ago in the UK's South Asian community, when parents prioritised careers in law, medicine, and accounting, Roje faced criticism while pursuing clinical psychology. Her work supporting individuals with mental health conditions and providing therapy services to children and adults with special needs was met with skepticism. The stigma around mental health, anxiety, and depression in Black and Asian communities was so profound that even a brief mental health research questionnaire was rejected - highlighting the deep-rooted cultural barriers to mental health support.
Today, social media and cultural shifts have transformed mental health awareness in BAME communities. These conversations about therapy, emotional intelligence, counseling, and psychological well-being are now part of our daily discourse.
